Max has a busy life, but always manages to keep herself in good shape and never compromises her diet. She consistently trains six times a week, alternating between swimming, strength training, boxing and running. The majority of her training consists of running, which she varies between up hill running, obstacle course, trail running in the woods and urban running. She enjoys active vacations, where she challenges herself, among other things, to snowboard. Max travels as much as she can in combination with her interests, to get new inspiration in relation to diet and exercise. She has competed for the Danish Japanese Ju-Jitsu team (became no. 3 in the world) and has coached juniors and also students at the University of Southern Denmark. With over 10 years of running experience, she also works as a running coach. Despite all this, Max has a huge passion for luxury chocolate and gourmet coffee.
