Beach Camp is circuit training incorporating a mix of free weights, cardio, boxing, etc. You can expect to build strength and break a sweat! Working out on soft sand challenges you to perfect your technique while engaging smaller muscles to stabilize all while going easier on your joints.

Beach Stretch is designed to aid in your recovery and lengthen the muscles you’ve worked so hard in Beach Camp or from your other strenuous activity! The stretch helps you release the tensions physically, mentally and spiritually while watching the waves and feeling the ocean breeze on your skin. You’ll walk away with a sense of relaxation and peace of mind.
