This cooking class is for children between 8-13 years and 14-18 years old. Students will spend the afternoon learning the fundamentals of cooking. Within 1h 30min, they will learn to make good and healthy snacks and meals from scratch, be physical active, laugh, learn about the (Danish) healthy guidelines and hygge.

‘Hygge’ (pronounced ‘hoo-ga’) loosely translates as a sense of comfort, togetherness,

and well-being just like enjoying food and drinks with friends and family. 

Well make different food from many cultures. Recipes varies from classics with a twist to modern dishes. Anything can happen in the kitchen once the children gets their hands on the pots and pans!

Some of our most popular recipes include:

  • Creamy shrimp and peach soup.
  • Crispy mixed roots chips.
  • Green spaghetti bolognese.
  • Delicious coconana pancakes.

Is to teach good, healthy cooking and eating habits in a fun and physical active way for our future adults.

Contact us for the next workshop. It will be once a week for 8 weeks during school season and 5 days in a row during summer break.

Well be renting St. Monica Catholic Community Kitchen so all the equipment will be provided in the kitchen.

Price

Pricing will be $50 per class. During school season, total of $400 upfront. During summer break (5 days in a row Mon-Fri), total of $250 upfront. Contact us to get on the list.
