We will show you the correct techniques for your workout, and push you to constantly improve your performance. We will work with you and establish a training plan tailored to your everyday life, and taking into consideration your current level of activity, any injuries etc. This will allow you to progress much faster in less time. With our trainers you will get an effective and lasting weight loss, improved fitness condition and increased muscle strength and endurance – in other words, you will quickly experience an easier life with more energy to be your best at work and at home.
You can choose between working out 2-3 times a week (for more or less sessions contact us) either in a private session or bring a plus one or two and save $10 per session.

Terms and conditions
- 1 session is 1 hour
- Book and pay 1 month
- Pay upfront with cash, check, Venmo (you pay the fee) or Paypal (you pay the fee)
- You can place your bought sessions however you like within the period as long as it fits trainer-client-schedule
- 24h cancellation policy (less than 24h you will be charges 100%, more than 24h session can be rebooked within period)
- Can only freeze a whole week (Mon-Sun) at a time in credit in case of travel, vacation, etc. (1 week advanced notice)
- Any unused sessions in the month will get lost when new month starts
Additional For Shared Clients
- Has to start the same week for getting the shared price
- If one client cancels (before 24h (s)he will get the opportunity to reschedule) the other client will still be working out at the same day and time.
