Eva has worked for several years in school nutrition. Her focus has been firmly on teaching the kids to make healthy food that can give them new flavor experiences and knowledge about where the food comes from. She has also been an instructor for obese kids and youth, helping them find the joy of movement by letting them try different sports activities and games.
Eva likes to experiment with healthy food, because part of her work consists of passing on knowledge about healthy diet and physical activity. She leads a physically active life and spends much of her time on Crossfit and enjoys the combination of cardio and strength but also the gymnastic part of it. She also enjoys running and dancing.
